All the gemstone beads are natural blue Anhydrite, also known as Angelite. On this rosary, the Our Father Stones are a shade lighter than the Hail Mary ones.
I used stainless steel wire for all the loops, very strong. This metal will not tarnish if it is not exposed to corrosive or oxidizing elements for an extended period of time. The Blessed Virgin Mary, The Cross, and the metal bead caps have all received a coating of skin-safe sealant to avoid tarnishing.
