Shipping and policies

Shipping

Domestic order:  All Canadian orders are shipped via regular Canada Post services. To keep the cost at the lowest possible no tracking number will be available. 

Date of delivery: We are unable to guarantee the date of delivery, we are only able to guarantee the date that we are able to ship your item(s). Please allow anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks. ( This is based on our deliveries since Covid-19)

International order: Due to increased irregularities and issues with shipping internationally, We are not currently shipping outside of Canada.

All our creations are carefully wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer for shipping. 

We are not responsible for the loss of your purchase if we are provided with the wrong mailing information.  If the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. The flat rate to resend the package is $ 8.00.

In the rare instance where the item is damaged or lost in the post, a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the circumstances of that particular transaction.

All regular orders are shipped within 3 working days. For custom orders, we will contact you with the specific shipping date.

Returns

We love making jewelry and we aim to make every piece as flawless and durable as possible.  Before sending out your order we take great care to reinspect and polish every piece.  

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kiroumascreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and the Mega deals.

 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
